Hard to believe this is even the same house!
The kitchen used to hide behind the wall on the left, which was removed and turned into an open-style kitchen featuring granite on the counters and the backsplash.
For those that might think it's 'too much' to put granite on the splash, look how designer Peggy Reed combined granite behind the cooktop with bead board behind the sink for a classic look.
